Our Founder
The founder, Late Sri. K. K. Padmanabha Pillai, was a distinguished technical professional who served in the Indian Air Force as a Junior Warrant Officer (JWO) in the Technical Wing. An accomplished engineer holding an AMIE qualification, he possessed deep technical expertise and a passion for empowering young minds.
Following his voluntary retirement from military service, he dedicated himself to the cause of vocational and technical education. Driven by the belief that skill development could transform lives, he established Premier with the mission of creating opportunities for aspiring youth, particularly those from socially and economically disadvantaged backgrounds in the Malabar region.
A visionary leader and pioneer in technical education, Sri. K. K. Padmanabha Pillai worked tirelessly to promote skill-based learning and career-oriented training. His unwavering commitment to educational excellence, social upliftment, and nation-building continues to inspire the institution and guide its mission even today.
