Candidates seeking to demonstrate their competency in a particular trade can undergo a practical assessment and interview at Premier Trade Test Center.
Book Your Assessment
Contact Premier Trade Test Center and book an appointment for your Trade Test and competency assessment.
Submit Your Documents
On the scheduled date, arrive at the Test Center on time and submit the required documents.
- Passport copy
- Two passport-size photographs
- Experience Certificate / Experience Letter, if applicable
Pay the Test Fee
Pay the applicable Trade Test fee as per the current fee schedule provided by the office administration.
Attend the Trade Test & Interview
Appear for the prescribed practical competency assessment and interview conducted by the Test Center.
Receive Your Certificate
Candidates who successfully complete the required Test & Interview will be issued the Trade Test Certificate as per the applicable process.

Certificate Validity
Trade Test Certificates issued through this process are valid for 3 months only.
Certificate Safety
Candidates are responsible for safely retaining their original certificate. Premier Trade Test Center will not be responsible for loss or misplacement of certificates after issuance.
Re-issue / Fresh Assessment
If a certificate is required after the 3-month validity period, the candidate will need to undergo the Trade Test and certification process again, as applicable.

Premier Trade Test Center provides facilities for bulk skill testing and candidate interviews for Recruitment Agencies recruiting skilled personnel for specific trades and job requirements.
To ensure smooth coordination and a professional testing experience, agencies are requested to follow the process below.
A Professional Testing Facility for Bulk Recruitment & Skill Assessment
Premier Trade Test Center supports recruitment agencies with a structured environment to assess, interview, and identify skilled candidates efficiently and professionally.
Book the Testing Facility
Contact Premier Trade Test Center to discuss the proposed testing date and confirm facility availability. Agencies should ensure that the required date and time are reserved and that there are no scheduling conflicts or cross-bookings.
Share Testing Requirements
Provide Premier with complete details of the proposed test and interview, including:
- Trade / skill category
- Number of candidates
- Testing methodology and requirements
- Tools and equipment required
- Raw materials / consumables required
- Space and infrastructure requirements
- Interview requirements
- Any other specific arrangements
Note: All requirements must be communicated well in advance of the testing date to allow adequate preparation. If any special tools, equipment, materials, or other resources need to be purchased or rented externally, the associated expenses shall be borne by the Recruitment Agency.
Obtain Required Approval
The Recruitment Agency shall obtain the required approval from the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) for conducting the test and interview at Premier College of Engineering & Pvt ITI and submit a copy of the approval letter to the Premier office administration before the scheduled testing date.
Pay the Advance
Pay the agreed advance testing fee at least 2 days prior to the scheduled testing date to confirm the booking and arrangements.
Conduct the Test & Interview
On the scheduled date, the Recruitment Agency can conduct the bulk skill test and candidate interviews at the designated Premier facility, subject to completion of the agreed payment terms.
The balance payment must be settled as agreed before commencement of the testing process.
